01. Reconnect With Nature
Going outside every day, spending time in nature, and unconsciously admiring your surroundings is probably already part of your daily ritual, but how often do you most through this experience with intention and presence? Rather than seeing your walk through the park as a mandatory aspect of your daily commute, use this sacred time as an opportunity to reconnect to yourself and your natural surroundings. Take a moment to slow down and pause, embrace your surroundings, and allow its cleansing energy to soothe the endless streams of thoughts in your head. Make the most of your time spent outside by appreciating the sceneries you would typically take for granted and focusing on what you can perceive through all of your senses.
